Our Mission is to reduce shootings of people with cognitive disabilities or mental health challenges, especially people of color. We collaborate with Caregivers and First Responders to provide education, training, and equipment to utilize alternative engagement strategies.
Problem: 21% of Police Fatal Shootings are of People who are Perceived to Have Mental Illness.
