Alliance For Leadership & Interconnection is Non-Profit 501-3(c) company focused on enabling First Responders to reduce shootings of people with cognitive disabilities and mental health challenges through education and grant funding for First Responders and Caregivers. Donations will provide:

• Purchases of Police Receiver Equipment

• Training of Police on how to implement and use the new equipment 

• Education of First Responders on how to de-escalate encounters with People with cognitive disabilities and mental health challenges, especially with People of Color 

• Education for Caregivers on how partner with First Responders to keep their Loved Ones Safe

• Scholarships to Caregivers to purchase Aaron Wearable Technology
